Recently we tried renting an unit from an agent named Michelle Casabug and Jeff Kel at Sophia Residence ground floor unit 15B - the owners first of all let us view the property - kept the GF deposit on LOI and as soon as TA was to be signed agents started delaying on spurious grounds and making up excuses. At the end they have kept the GF deposit on spurious charges. Not certain what can be done.

Hi, not to worry too much and just be patient. I do not think that this 2 agents have the guts to do funny stuff. It is probably due to the landlord being busy and don’t have the time to go thru and sign the TA yet, thus the landlord agent don’t have anything to update you for now.
